Thank you for allowing Xhibit Interiors this opportunity to provide you with Deceased Estate Services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging with our deceased estate property clearing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with our deceased estate property clearing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and any related communications or transactions.
  • Services: We provide deceased estate property clearing services aimed at assisting individuals or families in managing and clearing properties belonging to deceased persons. Our services may include but are not limited to, inventory assessment, packing, removal, disposal, cleaning, and organizing of personal belongings and property.
  • Client Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property to be cleared. You agree to provide us with access to the property and necessary permissions to carry out the clearing services. You are also responsible for making timely payments for the services rendered.
  • Scope of Work: We will perform the clearing services in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work. Any additional services requested beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
  • Property Inspection: Prior to providing a quote or commencing work, we may conduct an inspection of the property to assess the scope of work required. The quote provided will be based on this assessment and may be subject to change if the actual conditions differ from those observed during the inspection.
  • Pricing and Payments: Our pricing for deceased estate property clearing services will be provided to you upon request or after the property inspection. Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or agreement provided to you. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:  If you wish to cancel the services, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the stage of the project. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Liability: While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the clearing process unless caused by our negligence. You are advised to remove any valuable or sentimental items from the property before the commencement of our services.
  • Disposal of Items:  We will dispose of items from the property in accordance with local regulations and ethical standards. You acknowledge that certain items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of, and you authorize us to make these decisions on your behalf.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to any claims by third parties.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction].
