Please contact us via email or phone found on our contact page. We will arrange a day and time to meet you at your property free of charge to discuss and view what is required to maximise your properties potential.
How much notice do I need to give to arrange items?
Xhibit Interiors will always try to work with yours and your agents timeframes. We do however get booked out quickly so always appreciate 2-3 weeks notice in advance to organise items for your property. Please contact us to confirm our current lead-times.
How long will it take to complete the job?
We generally like to complete an install in 1 day. This entails starting at around 9am in the morning where all items will be delivered to your property and then placed, accessorised, and then styled which generally ends at around 5pm. It does depend on the size of your property and how much product is required. We can discuss this in our initial home visit.
Do I need to be home while you are styling my property?
Generally we will meet you on the morning of styling your property and then will work with our team independently to complete the styling project. If you are unable to meet us on the day, we will arrange all of the details with you prior.
Will I need to declutter any items before styling begins?
Xhibit Interiors will advise of any items that will need to be decluttered or removed and stored prior to staging. This will be discussed upon acceptance of the quotation. We also always recommend personal items are put away. This is safer during the open house periods where potential buyers are viewing your property.
If living in my property after it’s styled, how do I keep it looking good for opens?
We recommend taking photos of each room so you can place the items back to the way they were styled and placed. We would ask that our bed linen is not used during the rental period but rather added prior to opens.
What if my house doesn’t sell in 4 weeks, can I extend?
Yes, you can extend. We will contact you to discuss a week to week rate.
Should I have my property cleaned prior to selling?
Yes, definitely! 1st impressions are everything. Xhibit Interiors would recommend professional cleaning before we arrive. Some of the areas to consider are;
Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather, so if we are delivering furniture rain, hail or shine, you may need to do a light vacuum and mop after we have finished.
