TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for Property Styling
Thank you for allowing Xhibit Interiors this opportunity to provide you with the supply of home styling services that include furniture, artworks, and other accessories. The price is for hire of furniture, artwork, and accessories for a 4-week period. All furniture, artwork and accessories will be installed and removed by Xhibit Interiors and will remain the sole property of Xhibit Interiors.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The hirer/owner agrees to Xhibit Interiors using appropriate fittings to hang artworks. Patching and painting after the removal of artworks will not be the responsibility of Xhibit Interiors.
- Xhibit Interiors will require 72 hours’ notice prior to removal of furniture, artworks, and accessories.
- The furniture, artworks, and accessories are for display only and not to be used by the hirer/owner. The property is to be cleared of any items prior to installation and the property vacant and clean.
- If the property is to be partially styled, Xhibit Interiors will confirm with the property owners what items are to remain in the property. All other items will be cleared and the property clean.
- The hirer/owner is responsible for any damage to Xhibit Interiors furniture, artwork and accessories, including but not limited to damage from any of the following - theft, water damage, pet smells.
- The hirer/owner authorises Xhibit Interiors to select the furniture, artwork and accessories to be used in the property styling. These items are not selected by the selling agent or property owner.
- Hire of furniture, artwork and accessories can be extended beyond a 4 week period if required on a week-to-week basis at a fee of $330 per week. Maximum hire period is 6 weeks in total.
- Payment of 50% is required at time of booking to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid on completion of the installation.
